My name is Olaf Fiedler, I run a small knife workshop in the Tyrolean Oberland. I making hunting, outdoor and everyday use knives.

“The right tool for everyone!”- That's my motto. From hunters to outdoor enthusiasts to chefs, everyone will find the right knife with me to be able to live out their hobby, passion or profession safely and efficiently.

Working with natural materials such as a wide variety of fine woods and deer horn is a lot of fun for me and gives my knives a rustic, even unique character.
