In this course, you will build your own knife under supervision. Good, individual support is no longer possible with more than two participants, so this is usually the maximum number of participants.

We begin with an overview of the different types of knives and a short introduction to material and tool knowledge. You can put together your very own unique piece from different types of steel and over 30 different handle materials. If you have special requests, please contact me beforehand so that we can be sure that we have everything you have in mind for your knife.

On the first day, you will learn how to saw, file, grind and finish a blade blank before you help harden the knife at the end of the day.

On the second day, we will deal with the handle assembly and shaping, the finish and the final grinding up to the razor sharpness of your knife.

The knife material is not included in the price. Depending on the material, expect additional costs starting at €40.
