Then this course is for you!

Make your dream knife from all the blade models available in our shop, which you can design according to your wishes, ideas and dreams. The blanks available to you (blade length max. 12 cm) have already been perfectly pre-treated using heat technology (normalized, hardened without distortion) to ensure the usual high quality standards of the Zeilinger knife forge.

You can now "customize" your blade according to your ideas, for example with a high-gloss polish, hand finish, antique style, stonewash, satin finish, etched, burnished, etc.

An ergonomically shaped handle makes your knife just as unique as mosaic pins, rock finish, fiber interlayers, asymmetrical surfaces and much more. When it comes to handle material, you can choose from our extensive stock of several hundred types of wood, modern composite plastics such as Kirinite, Micarta, G10 etc., horns, fossil ivory and bone. Domestic and some exotic precious woods in standard quality are included in the price. Exclusive handle material from the "safe", real gourmet pieces, are of course available from us in the Zeilinger knife forge for an additional charge.

Course starts: 9 a.m. Short preliminary discussion, a quick introduction to the workshop, and then we're off.

Once the masterpiece is finished and if there is still time left, we will show you how to sharpen blades professionally.

In any case, at the end of the course you will be the proud owner of a unique knife that is probably cheaper than if you bought it in the shop.

Of course, you can buy the highest quality grinding utensils and care materials for your valuable knife, special oils, etc. from us.

What to bring: sturdy cotton clothing, sturdy shoes. We provide protective equipment.

Of course, you won't have to go hungry with us, a delicious lunch is included in the course fee.

We only hold individual courses with one, maximum of two course participants.

The reason: in a group blacksmithing course it is not possible to respond to the needs of each individual.
